Snowman Holiday Cards

I made the following holiday cards last night - same basic card, just a slightly different layout.  I needed one to put the gift card in for my daughter's teacher and the other for a co-worker who likes to scrapbook.

Snowman is from gypsy wanderings and the phrase is from Winter Frolic.  Stamped phrase on the second card is from Stampin Up.

Polar Bear Christmas Card

I made the following card for a friend of mine at work.  I used the darker colored papers to make it a bit more masculine.  The smaller circle was the only part that was cut using the cricut.  The stamp is from Whipper Snapper Designs and is colored in with Copic Sketch markers.

Holiday Cards

Hi Everyone!  I've been busy making holiday cards for my husband.  He runs his own travel company and wanted to send holiday thank you cards to his clients - I used the same base card design that I came up with for his company's thank you cards, but added the whimsical Santa in swim trunks and a more whimsical palm tree.  The Santa is from Jolly Holidays, minus his inner tube and sandals.  He's cut at 2.5" and the sunglasses were a little bit of a pain to glue on.  I need to make 50 of these in total, so I only have about 12 more to go.

Good Morning!  I have a few cards to share with you today.

The first one my 6 yo wanted to make a Get Well card for her music teach.  She picked out all of the colors, embellishments, etc and wrote the sentiment on the front.  I think it turned out super cute.

For the next card, she needed a quick birthday card for her friend Connor's birthday party.  She picked out all of the colors and even put this one together herself - I only helped with the cutting on the cricut.  She's becoming quite the little card maker these days!

Happy Holidays!

OMG - It's been a while!

Where has the time gone?  I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted and that it's December already - yikes!  I will have to apologize, as I was on vacation for 2 weeks at the beginning of the month to go to Puerto Vallarta for a friend's wedding and then we got back right before the big Thanksgiving festivities.

Without further adieu, here's a picture of the blog candy and the winner of the winter blog hop:

And the winner, picked by Random.org is . . . .
